Karthik Naidu. Built by a business owner, for business owners.

A law graduate who chose to build instead of practise. For more than a decade Karthik has founded and run real businesses: a chain of schools, digital transformation and payments ventures, and the business software platform that became the AIBS platform every student builds on.

He has lived every problem this school solves: chasing leads, missed follow-ups, being the system. AIBS is the school he wished he had, built so business owners stop chasing customers and start building systems that bring them in.

About AIBS

A business school for people who already run one.

AIBS is an offline, hands-on school in Bengaluru for business owners. It teaches one thing: how to build the system that finds, answers, follows up with and closes customers, using AI, without writing code.

Why it exists

Business owners were being sold tools. Nobody was teaching them the system.

Every business owner we meet has bought software they do not use and run ads that did not pay back. The problem was never the tool. It was that nothing connected the ad to the enquiry, the enquiry to a reply, the reply to a booking, and the booking to money.

AIBS teaches that connection, in order, in a room, on your own account. Not a course you watch. A school where you build.

AIBS classes are taught in person by AIBS faculty, each a specialist in one part of the system. AIBS was founded by Karthik Naidu.

Founder

Karthik Naidu

"Stop chasing clients. Start building systems that attract them."

Karthik is a law graduate who chose to build businesses instead of practising law. Over more than a decade he has founded and scaled ventures across education, digital transformation, payments and business software, starting with a chain of schools and growing into a software platform that crossed a million dollars in revenue in its first year.

Along the way he ran a digital marketing agency, coached marketers, and built the business software that powers every AIBS classroom today: CRM, funnels, automations, AI agents, invoicing and reporting in one place.

He founded AIBS with one mission: to build a new generation of AI-first business owners who don't just adapt to the future, they build it. He runs the introductory workshop himself, twice a month on alternate Saturdays.
